Over the past several years, we have invested heavily in major equipment and laboratory upgrades to expand our capacity and capabilities. The company can now provide the highest quality liquid and solid chip dispersions of the most difficult to process pigments, including transparent iron oxide, high jet carbon black and all varieties of organic pigments. Our production facility has the flexibility to manufacture dispersions in batch sizes from 15 gallons up to 2,000 gallons, with fast change over between products. In November 2004 Pan Technology became certified as meeting the standards of ISO 9001:2000 as part of our continuing effort to become a world class supplier.

We work hand in hand with our clients to develop new products tailored to fit their specific needs. Our product development laboratory is state-of-the-art equipped, with UV to near IR spectrophotometery capability, a full range of milling equipment, and talented people to use them.

Our pigment dispersions are used in such diverse applications as conventional and low VOC industrial and architectural coatings, solvent and water reducible packaging inks, and adhesives. The company's ink line includes conventional solvent and HAPS free inks for specialty applications. Pan also manufactures specialty topcoats for interior automotive applications, furniture, and commercial wall coverings, and other coatings for vinyl, metalized foil and polyester film.
